PACE Legislative Progress
Commercial programs are active in 16 states: AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NY, OH, RI, TX, UT, WI, and DC. Residential PACE is flourishing in CA and is offered in FL. Various communities in MO and NY have also made residential PACE available..
Commercial PACE is available in major population centers including Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, St. Louis, Washington D.C., and Cincinnati. In addition, states with PACE-enabling legislation now encompass over 80% of the U.S. population.
